Haiderpur Shelter of Malda

We started our work one fine morning of 2000 AD with the help of some young man and some social activities as “Haiderpur Shelter of Malda”.

At present we have been working in the field of (i) Residential School for the mentally retarded children, (ii) Home for 0 to 6 years child and Specialised Adoption Agency (SAA), (iii) Home for 6 to 18 years destitute children, (iv) District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC), (v) Bratachari Training camp for youth development, (vi) AID and Appliances distribution camp for person with disabilities, (vii) Service provider for protection of women from domestic violence, (viii) Bharati (A Higher Secondary School for Deaf & Dumb, ix) Early Intervention Centre for Children with Special Need, (x) Charitable dispensary and (xi) Child Immunization Centre etc.

But we have to go long way which is not possible for us alone. As the world is not static & it is dynamic. So, the time marches on , man marches on & organization marches on, not also but an organization may enhance their activities with the help of others.

01) To setup Residential Children’s Home (Sishu Griho) for 0-6 years children.

02) To setup Destitute Children’s Home for 6-18 years children.

03) To set up Residential Home for women and older persons.

04) To set up Residential School for the persons with disabilities.

05) To setup Blood Bank.

06) To setup Treatment and Residential Care Centre for HIV/AIDS patients.

07) To setup free Blood Transfusion Centre for the Thalassemia patient.

08) To setup Vocational Training Centre for the persons with disabilities, women and children.

09) To setup Residential School for Child Labours.

10) To setup Counselling Centre for women and girls.

11) To serve the Legal Aid to the women.

12) To Distribute Artificial limbs and Fitting Aids to the persons with disabilities.

13) To setup games and sports arena (KHELAGHOR) for the children.

14) To protect the women from Domestic Violence.

15) To setup Day Care Centre for the persons with disabilities.

16) To prevent trafficking to women and children for commercial sexual exploitation through social mobilization and involvement of local communities, awareness generation programme, generate public discourse through workshop/seminers

and such Event and any other innovative activity.

17) To encourage adoption of destitute and orphan children within the Country.
